Two Wives Episode 107 Recap

After hanging out with his friends, Marcus bikes back home but he gets accidentally hit by a motorcycle. Janine, who's been secretly following him witnesses the accident and rushes to help. She instructs the police to take him to her car but she refuses to let them accompany her.

Marcus' friends sees the wreckage and immediately notifies a Yvonne whose face falls, completely terrified.

Janine, thankfully, takes Marcus to a hospital who is luckily intact but will need further testing. Janine lies to the assisting nurse that she's Marcus aunt and that his name is Ronald.

Yvonne, frantic, talks to the police officers who saw the accident and they identify the woman who took Marcus. Yvonne realizes that it's Janine and she's completely horrified.

At the hospital, Janine with an evil look on her face stare at an unconscious Marcus. She tells him that his parents is probably scared and terrified right now and that they will never find him. She already lost her daughter, Audrey, so his (traitor) parents should also lose him. Wow how rational, such logic.

Dale tells his mom that he's gonna give himself up for all the crimes he did against Janine. Sandy hangs up on him and receives a call from her friend who informs her that Minerva (Janine's mom/her husband's mistress) is back in the Philippines. Sandy seethes in rage.

Minerva confronts Janine who let it slip that she might've done something bad to Marcus.

Meanwhile, Marcus has finally woken up and in pain, asks the nurse who brought him here. The nurse tells him that it's his aunt and he mistakenly thinks that it was his Aunt Doris.

Yvonne and Victor go around town asking everyone in sight if they've seen Marcus. Everyone helps with the search but to no avail, Yvonne angrily tells Victor that her hunch was right, it was Yvonne who took their son.

Cut to Minerva who opens the door to her reveal visitor, none other than Yvonne.

Yvonne tells her that she came here to see Janine and introduces herself as the ex-wife of Janine's ex-husband, Victor.

Minerva gapes in shock and in turn introduces herself as Janine's mom and informs Yvonne that Janine's been gone for quite a while.

Janine pays a nurse and apologizes for making her work off-duty. The nurse keeps asking her questions about Marcus' parents and Janine just balks at her to go since she already paid her. Pffft!

After the nurse leaves, Marcus wakes up and upon seeing Janine, he screams for his mom and dad. Janine frantically closes the door and lies to Marcus to shut him up.

She guilt trips and plays the sympathy card: "This is so upsetting, I'm the one who helped (you) but I'm still being made to become the bad guy". *intense side eye*

And, she even brings out the crocodile tears and it works on Marcus.

Meanwhile, Minerva can't believe Yvonne's accusations against her daughter; that Janine would kidnap someone's child.

But, Yvonne firmly believes that Janine would do something like that and she appeals to Minerva that she never did something so evil that would cause someone to bring her this much pain and they, her, Minerva and Janine, are all the same. They're just mothers who are afraid to lose their child.

Minerva, in tears, replies that she's sorry because she doesn't know where Marcus is and neither does Janine.

Janine and Marcus are now out of the hospital and in the car, he asks her again if she's really gonna bring him home to his worried parents. He also asks for her to call them but Janine lies that she forgot to bring her phone.

While Yvonne cries at home because there's still no news about Marcus, Sandy brings Audrey to where Dale is staying.

Marcus, left alone inside the car, asks a passerby where they're currently at and the guy tells him that the road they're at is headed to Cavite (which is far from their home).

Suddenly, a phone rings from the backseat and Marcus picks it up. The caller on the other line is Minerva and Marcus tells her that he's with Janine right now. He hangs up and gets out of the car to run away but Janine stops him and threatens that if he leaves, he will never get to go home.

Dale urges Audrey to eat but she just cries. Dale tells her that he knows how many sins he committed and that he's not a perfect dad but the happiest moment for him was when she called him 'daddy' and no matter what happens, she will always be his daughter.

Unknown to both of them, Sandy's listening but her eyes are angrily set for Dale's gun.

Marcus begs Janine to let him go home because his parents are worried. Janine explains that they don't understand her, Marcus still has his parents but she still doesn't have her daughter and she doesn't even know where she is.

They're both crying, depressed when Janine's phone rings and it's Audrey telling her that she's with her dad and he's taking her home. Janine is frantic, thanking God and asking where she is. Audrey puts Dale on the line and he apologizes to Janine who's just so happy to finally get to hear her daughter's voice.

Marcus is happy for her and he even wipes Janine's tears and pats her on the shoulders. Awww! I admit that was sweet.

Minerva asks Carla that if she met Janine to keep quiet about what she found out; that Janine did in fact kidnapped Marcus. She heads to, I presume, Yvonne's house not knowing that Sandy is just right on her tail., armed with Dale's gun.

Janine and Marcus both smile at each other as she brings him home to a relieved Yvonne (and family) but that quickly wears off when they see Janine. They lash out at her but Marcus steps up to tell them that it was Janine who took him to the hospital and that Papa God would want all of them to stop fighting.

Yvonne asks her mom to take Marcus inside who bids Janine a goodbye.

Victor thanks Janine while Yvonne wishes that this should be the last time that they see each other and they should agree that they're all just victims to this entire mess.

Janine turns to leave when Minerva runs up to hug her in extreme relief and right on cue, Sandy also joins the party.

She wastes no time and confronts Minerva about her husband whom Minerva stole and Janine who also stole her son away from her and who also has the nerve to always play the victim.

Oh god, the overwrought background music on this scene. Ugh!

Sandy slaps Minerva who begs her not to include Janine in their mess.

Meanwhile, Victor who's listening with Yvonne, finally pipes up to tell them to not fight here at his house, it's totally disturbing their family. Sandy shuts him up by calling him a lover boy and asks if Minerva is also his mistress.

Minerva begs for her forgiveness but Sandy just pushes her away, declares that they ruined her and Dale's lives, pulls out her gun and aims it at right at Minerva who Janine instinctively shields with her body.

Sandy: "Two bullets for two bitches".

Victor steps in and tries to grab the gun away from Sandy causing everyone to shout in panic.

And, Bang! Another overwrought and needlessly blared BGM as everyone is silent with their mouths agape because Victor has just been shot.

Dale, having just arrived, rushes in the fray and grabs the gun away from Sandy.
