'The Gifted' aka 'No Other Woman 2.0'

"The Gifted" is about two girls who are gifted with extremely high IQ, the fat kid, Zoe Tuazon (Anne Curtis) and the nerd, Aica Tabayoyong (Cristine Reyes). They are the best of friends until campus heartthrob, Mark Ferrer (Sam Milby) comes in between them! Soon enough, Zoe and Aica have parted ways.

Years later, they met again – not the same fat kid and nerdy nerd they used to be, but stunningly gorgeous and ravishing.

And the question is: Will their friendship be mended or will this cause more trouble?

Judging from the (overly narrated) trailer, it’s the latter, obviously!

So, just for fun and because I have recently completed her filmography, here is my ranking of her Star Cinema films from worst to best:

Metro Manila Film Festival 2014 official entries *cringe*

Just when I thought that MMFF cannot set the bar any lower, they once again managed to surprise me. Just looking at the list of entries for this year’s film fest makes me uncomfortably cringe.
